Moms, if you're here you're likely at that point in life where you feel big changes are on the horizon. You are settled into the role of motherhood, you've built a decent career and are a respected professional. You've navigated the highs and lows in life and you've come out of it all on top. But you also have a burning desire (or maybe it's a nagging, persistent whisper), that you have something bigger to do with your life. Maybe it's a career change, writing a book, or letting go of everything to take off on the adventure of a lifetime. Or maybe you are ready to let go of relationships or romances that have held you back and kept you small, less than you know you could be- and now you are ready to be the unrestricted, authentic, beautiful version of yourself.

Change is hard. It can be scary and vulnerable to risk stepping away from what you've become very good at to pursue a new path, to be at the beginning again, to struggle. But if you've got a desire tugging at your heart you already know change is what you need to feel whole, happy and fully alive.

I support professional mothers who are making big changes in their lives to recognize and believe in their talent, worth, and skills so that you can make that next big change.

I was near 40 and well into my career when I discovered that I struggle with ADD. It was an incredible eye-opener that provided insight into behaviors and emotions that I had thought were merely quirks. It also presented unique challenges for me as I navigated my role in executive leadership. Late diagnosis meant that I hadn't developed the best habits and skills to navigate my very busy, and often disorganized mind. I also hadn't realized the superpowers that came with my ADD or how to fully tap into them. I spent years sourcing information particular to my challenges. It was exhausting, oftentimes daunting, and it took quite a while for me to understand the things I needed personally and in team environments, to shine as I was meant to.
When you learn to navigate and support the neurodivergent mind, you will uncover your unique brilliance. I will work with you through this process to identify:
-
Routines that support your lifestyle needs and goals
-
Healthy habits to support you showing up as your best self
-
Strategies to keep you organized, to manage anxiety, and to navigate overwhelm
-
Boundaries you need to prevent burnout and maintain healthy relationships
If you're interested in exploring coaching for professionals with neurodivergence, I invite you to schedule a 30 minute consultation where we will talk about your needs, my services and decide if this could be the support you've been looking for.
