Kimberly Candrila
SHRM-SCP, CHC

I am an HR & Healthcare Compliance professional with over 16 years supporting small businesses as they grow in size and scope of services. My career has stretched across multiple industries, including healthcare, fiber optic technology, real estate and small business management. Though my experience has been diverse, some truths hold true across industry lines. The culture you choose to cultivate will greatly impact the depth of your employee's engagement and how connected they are to your mission.

People are your greatest asset and

they need to understand how they matter.

When organizations cultivate creativity transformations becomes tangible. It is a journey that requires the support of executive leaders, participation from supervisors, and a commitment to holding accountability for brave spaces for change.

Together, we can help your talent realize the potential they hold. We'll identify the barriers they face as individuals and provide the guidance needed to level up like never before. We'll prioritize integration of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) practices, and develop the skills and qualities they need to build a trauma informed workplace culture that is resilient to challenge and change, and is engaged in achieving organizational goals.

At Home in Eastern Oregon

Home for me is a farmette in beautiful northeast Oregon, where the mountains are high, the pastures are green and there is plenty of room to stretch your legs and explore. I mostly enjoy doing this on one of my two trusty ponies, Lily and Sage. Along with my kids and our dog Ellie, we relish our time exploring this incredible landscape. I settled in eastern Oregon permanently after  returning

Kimberly working as a Drover in New Zealand

from New Zealand in 2013, where I'd spent a little over a year hitchhiking around the country and then working as a drover in the most spectacular mountains, valleys and rivers I've yet to see. That's me to the right, driving cattle down the west coast near Fox Glacier.

I count myself very blessed to be where I am today, though the path here has been anything but easy. What I have come to realize- and appreciate, are the strengths of character, resiliency, and an incredible

ability to adapt and find answers to seemingly impossible situations, are all a result of the challenges I've overcome over the years. Each one has helped me develop new and stronger skills and resiliency, as well as a mind adept at navigating the changing times and landscapes- at home and at work.

Over time, I discovered my greatest joy and satisfaction comes from helping others step fully into their strengths and gifts. Guiding them through the brave challenge of self-work and growth and realizing their great potential, is an incredible honor. I take on this role daily with my kids on their journey through childhood. Professionally I get to provide this service for those that choose to call me Coach. If you're ready for that journey I'd love to connect!
